The project’s general objective is to develop 3D scaffolds and architectures based on natural polymers or natural-synthetic composites for skin repair and regeneration.
O1. Design and preparation of 3D scaffolds by combining the advanced crosslinking of polymers and 3D processed scaffolds.
O2. To develop new strategies to form supramolecular hydrogels and 3D models able to sustain the cells physiology.
O3. Advanced characterization of the 3D processed materials and 3D structure in correlation with their application
O4. In vitro and in vivo evaluation of the 3D scaffolds obtained in static and dynamic processing conditions.
